Board Job Descriptions

The Board of Directors, in serving as the stewards of the Values Owners, shall establish the organizational ends and monitor organizational performance.

Specifically, the Board will:

1. Listen to, and communicate with, the Values Owners;

2. Enact and review written governance policies that address:
   1. Ends
   2. Executive Limitations
   3. Board / Director Relations
   4. Governance Process

3. Monitor the organizational process by assessing:
   1. Progress toward achieving Ends Policies;
   2. Compliance with Executive Limitation Policies;

4. Employ and evaluate the Executive Director.
